How do I park at MY WORKSPACE Gangnam St. Tower Branch?

▶ Please register your vehicle registration number via the KakaoTalk channel before visiting.

Vehicle registration is possible from 3 days before the day of visit.

▶ Registering vehicle information does not guarantee parking depending on the availability of parking spaces.

▶ Issues may occur when vehicles are entering or exiting the mechanical parking tower.

Passenger cars: Length: 5.065m / Width: 2.05m / Height: 1.55m / Weight: 1.90 tons

Vehicle type may prohibit parking despite meeting the above specifications.

When are the operating hours for MY WORKSPACE?

While you can access all the branches 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our onsite staff are only available on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The customer center operating hours are on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

If you have any inquiries outside of these hours, please send your inquiry via the KakaoTalk channel and we will get back to you the next business day.

How do I get to the MY WORKSPACE branches and where do I park?

▶ Gangnam St. Teheran-ro Branch

8 Teheran-ro 2-gil, 4F~5F, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

  • On foot: 1 minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 1
  • Parking Location: Gangnam Station Central Prugio City Underground Parking Garage
  • Parking Fee: Free for the first 30 minutes, then ₩1,000 for each additional 10 minutes

▶ Gangnam St. Tower Branch

8 Gangnam-daero 53-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul

  • On foot: 3 minutes walk from Gangnam Station Exit 5
  • Parking Location: Parking tower in the building
  • Parking Fee: Free for the first 2 hours, then ₩1,000 for each additional 10 minutes
  • Parking Info: The vehicle must be registered via the Kakaotalk channel. If your vehicle is too large to use the parking tower, please use the parking spaces available at Branch 3.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Weekdays 8:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM

▶ Collection location

Mail and packages can be collected at the mailroom on Floor B1 of Gangnam St. Tower Branch.

▶ How to collect your mail and packages

  1. Check the pick-up alert sent via the KakaoTalk channel.
  2. Fill out the form by clicking on the link included in the alert message.
    • Enter the name of your company and select service number 1 to collect mail and packages from a parcel locker.
  3. After you submit your form, you will receive the parcel locker number and passcode.
  4. Collect your mail and packages at your designated parcel locker on Floor B1 of Branch 4.

▶ Please check the parcel locker information before collection.

If the information cannot be verified, you will not be able to collect your mail and packages.

▶ Tenants can pick up their mail and packages at any time.

What are the fax numbers for the MY WORKSPACE branches?

In Gangnam St. Tower Branch, only the Floor 9 copy machine has fax functionality.

I’m having trouble printing.

▶ Documents are not printing.

Please check the following in case of print error.


  1. Change the default PW on the Sindorico website after installing the driver.
  2. Run the Sindoh MPS Manager program on your computer.
  3. Check if you are connected to the MY WORKSPACE Wi-Fi network.

If you are still unable to print after checking the above items, please contact us via the KakaoTalk channel.

▶ The scanned file was not sent to the designated email address.

Check your spam folder, sometimes emails containing scanned files are sorted as spam.

▶ The copy machine is not functioning.

Excessive accumulation of print data may cause this issue. Restart the copy machine by pressing the power button located on the lower right side of the machine.

If the issue persists after restarting the copy machine, please contact us via the KakaoTalk channel.

How do I reserve and use the meeting rooms?

▶ Reservation hours

  • Weekdays 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

For tenants, the meeting rooms are available at any time on any day of the week and can be reserved through the MY WORKSPACE app.

▶ How to reserve a meeting room

  1. Request to reserve a meeting room by sending the following information via the KakaoTalk channel (@마이워크스페이스):
    • Name:
    • Date and time of use:
    • Number of users:
    • Branch number: 
  2. After sending your reservation information, you will receive a message with further guidance.
    • If additional payment is required, you will receive payment information.
    • You may not be able to use your credit card number for payment, depending on your card.
    • Depending on availability, the branch location may differ from the branch requested.
  3. Visit the information desk at the specified branch 10 minutes before the reserved time to receive further information. 
  4. Please comply with the number of people on the reservation, wear masks at all times, and clean up any messes after use.*

* Failure to comply may result in a ban from using MY WORKSPACE meeting rooms in the future.
