1. A discount of 5% and 10% is offered for advance payments of 6 months and 1 year of rent, respectively.
2. The deposit is prepaid and amounts to 2 months' rent.
3. Meeting rooms are available by reservation at a rate of 10,000 KRW per hour. Tenants can use free credits equivalent to 10% of their monthly rent for reservations.
4. The usage fee for multifunction printers/scanners/copiers is 50 KRW per black-and-white page and 150 KRW per color page. Tenants can pay using credits.
5. Meeting rooms and Hot desks are also available for external users at a fee through prior reservation.
