Mail and packages can be collected at the mailroom on Floor B1 of Gangnam St. Tower Branch.
▶ How to collect your mail and packages
- Check the pick-up alert sent via the KakaoTalk channel.
- Fill out the form by clicking on the link included in the alert message.
- Enter the name of your company and select service number 1 to collect mail and packages from a parcel locker.
- After you submit your form, you will receive the parcel locker number and passcode.
- Collect your mail and packages at your designated parcel locker on Floor B1 of Branch 4.
▶ Please check the parcel locker information before collection.
If the information cannot be verified, you will not be able to collect your mail and packages.
